    <description>maybe it won't help, but have you tried to search the line in the .c file generated by PRO*C, not in the .pc source file?</description>

      <description>I compiling my ProC++ code on solaris and I am getting the follwoing warning:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Warning: String literal converted to char* in formal argument 2 in call to sqlbuft(void**, char*).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't find in the line #, the it specifies.&lt;BR /&gt;The line # it specifies has an insert statement.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can some one help me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Ap</description>

      <description>Compilers giving warning or errors with incorrect linenumbers, did lose track of what the were compiling. The warning might or might not be relevant.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check all { and } of your procedures.&lt;BR /&gt;Try to exit procedure or program before this statement, just to check you syntax.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you try 'lint'.. this will give you a very precise evaluation of your program:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de/doc/man/hpux/lint.1.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de/doc/man/hpux/lint.1.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Ceesjan</description>
