    <description>After migrating HPUX 11.00 to the HPUX 11.11, not more access for terminal graph. The X server is running these servers typically because access by other computers through the Windows (Reflexion or Xmanager).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Acessamos way station sun, solaris operating system 7.&lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;Access the server with this command:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#xhost + &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#set +fp tcp/200.155.103.50:7000&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To make this command displays the following error message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;bad font path element (#42) possible causes are: &lt;BR /&gt;directory does not exist or has wrong permissions&lt;BR /&gt;directory missing fonts.dir &lt;BR /&gt;incorrect fontg server address or syntax &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;If not we shared this command to the sources, and we direct access via ssh, draw a graphical application (in this case, HP openview, accessed with the command "ovw") receiving another error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;internal error: CWfont.cpp.265 &lt;BR /&gt;contact your HP Support representative&lt;BR /&gt;couldo not convert "-*-*medium -r - normal -*12-*-*-*-m-*-*-*" to font set &lt;BR /&gt;try changing your "*.cwfont" resource &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;When acessavamos the hp-ux 11.00 access was normal with the same procedure now for 11.11 these errors occur, help me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;first check, if you have really started a fontserver on your HP-box, e.g.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ps -ef | fgrep fs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To get a fontserver started at boot time,&lt;BR /&gt;look into&lt;BR /&gt;/etc/rc.config.d/fs  (or .../fontserver - I don't have HP access currently)&lt;BR /&gt;and change the STARTxxx-variable from "0" to "1".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Having made this change, a&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/fs start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;will startup a font server without the need of a reboot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;mfG Peter</description>
