I am thinking you have the wrong platform version. I do not think there is any dependencies for Java other than the correct platform.

Download a new depot from HP and make sure you have the right HPUX version.

You have a parisc version, are you sure you are installing on a pa-risc server?

If you have and itanium server 11.23 or 11.31, you should download the itanium depots.
