Hi,

You currently have a evaluation product installed on your server. If you would like to have the full product you will need to contact EMC for a license.

http://software.emc.com/support/licensing.htm

Regards,
Robert-Jan

Ps. there is a trick to extend the eval version for an other 30 days (if I remember correctly), have a look at this (german)doc. Let me know if you need more help.

ftp://ftp.legato.com/pub/NetWorker/German/gener312.pdf

Robert-Jan

---
Important: If the NetWorker server was also a Legato License Manager server, the License Manager lictype.res file is not restored when the server is restored. This is because the License Manager files and directories are not considered part of the NetWorker server. After recovering the NetWorker server, you must explicitly recover the License Manager as a client of the NetWorker server.
---

So was you legato server also an Legato License Manager Server?

Do remember when Networker was installed? From your last message I get the feeling you had a full product instead of eval version running and all of a sudden this failed.

Robert-Jan

Remember to change the enabler code before you post it.

# /usr/sbin/nsr/nsradmin -f /nsr/res/nsr.res

you will get the nsradmin prompt.
type:

nsradmin> show name; enabler code; expiration date; auth code
nsradmin> print type: nsr license

Post the output.

nsradmin> quit
to exit the prompt.
