      <description>When i issue the following command &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hpnpadmin -iv printer_name&lt;BR /&gt;*** Receive NO snmp response!  *** (printer down, cable off, or wrong Get community name?) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;get the following error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me resolve this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards</description>

      <description>That means exactly what the error is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;printer down, cable off, or wrong Get community name&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the printer powered off?&lt;BR /&gt;Is it a jetdirect printer?&lt;BR /&gt;Is the ip address set incorrectly(compared to what is in DNS)?&lt;BR /&gt;Is the cable disconnected?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds...Geoff</description>
