reflection X problem & 11.31

hello

I have a problem with reflecton X
OS is 11.31
CDE is installed

CDE-English B.11.31 English CDE Environment
CDE-French B.11.31 French CDE Environment

swlist -l product |grep -i CDE
CDE B.11.31 HP-UX CDE User Interface
CDEDevKit B.11.31.01 CDE Desktop Developer's ToolKit

telnet on port 6000 is ok
gateway is the same subnet that host
i have authorized cde in /etc/inetd.conf (blocked by bastille ?)
No firewall on my PC

Any idea ?

After check with command, no hpterm is present in /usr/bin/X11

I will reinstall CDE

is there a problem on the server or the client, is CDE running?

run the dr_dt script and thr error messages.

Dce is not running , if i execute /sbin/init.d/dce start
Beginning DCE startup...
NOTE: No components of DCE are configured.

Finished DCE startup.

OS 11.31 EOE

Sometime is missing ?

Hi,

# /usr/dt/bin/dtconfig -e

# init 2
# init 3

cde should now start.

Post the output of the dr_dt script if you still have problems.

Make sure you're starting cde, not dce.

I have executed your command this morning also, and cde not running
i have tried again with your command and same result

in attachment, log of script dr_dt
warning is strange, it's a fresh install with hpux 11iV3 EOE september 2007

did you also reboot your system after the dtconfig command or init 2 + 3?

i have rebooted

i launch xterm is ok
hpterm is not ok ,and doesn't exist on /usr/bin/X11
it's normal ?

From the release notes ( http://docs.hp.com/en/5991-6469/ch12s02.html ):

"The Terminal hpterm (/usr/bin/X11/hpterm) is not available (see also the following â Obsolescenceâ section) from HP-UX 11i v3 onwards."
