Guys , how to check details on physical Memory size , RAM model and details ? Thanks in advance .

You can check with sar,glance(if u have installed)
swapinfo -tam
top
dmesg or bootlog.

Hi Kapil, thanks for the guide . dmesg command answered me well . ---> Memory Information:
physical page size = 4096 bytes, logical page size = 4096 bytes
Physical: 2085648 Kbytes, lockable: 1395724 Kbytes, available: 1627600 Kbytes
