Error in operating system hp-ux 11.11

Error: 32: Broken pipe

Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable

Error: 12: Not enough space

Error: 150: Operation now in progress

What are cause of this above error in OS ? Is any patch required ? kernel parameter need to be modified ? This node is running oracle.xx

I am getting this error when i try to start the Oracle database ,Some time at the middle of the DBA process it will through this kind of errors

please do check in /etc/hosts entry.

Sometimes it happens that if you give entry like this

127.0.0.1 localhost localdomain

It may not run oracle listener properly.

please edit your entry like

This is a not a new installation , When the db try to spawn the new process I am getting this kind of errors , Just i want to know which causes this error,Ver-oracle 8
