      <description>Could you please run this command and post the result?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Shell&amp;gt; info all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Firmware updates can be done using a bootable CD_ROM, the ISO image is available on the web.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Where is your console connected?&lt;BR /&gt;What exactly is the console device setting?</description>

      <description>This is much too old for this server. This release does not support this kind of hardware. You need at least a late 2006 (september) release, but newer will be better.</description>
