    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;i have downloaded the following patches :&lt;BR /&gt;DPWIN_00329(CORE PACKET)&lt;BR /&gt;DPWIN_00328(CELL CONSOLE PACKET)&lt;BR /&gt;DPWIN_00288(CELL SERVER PACKET)&lt;BR /&gt;DPWIN_00327(DISK AGENT PACKET)&lt;BR /&gt;DPWIN_00325(MEDIA AGENT PACKET)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;do you reccomend to apply all of them , or just the core packet patch ?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks and best regards&lt;BR /&gt;Samer Dahr</description>

      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;I have data protector installed on windows.&lt;BR /&gt;i'm getting the error "interprocess communication problem " each time i am trying to access the IDB.&lt;BR /&gt;i have checked the Task Manager but the dbsm.exe is not among the processes. so it seems i have problem with my IDB.&lt;BR /&gt;how can i solve this problem? do i need to recover? if yes how ?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks in advance.</description>

      <description>Hello, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in the patch installation instructions there is the following section :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"If the patch is installed on the Installation Server system, then the clients except Cell Manager need to be upgraded using the Upgrade Client button in the GUI in order to apply the patch."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have tried to search for the Upgrade Client button but i couldnt find it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any idea about this??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot&lt;BR /&gt;Samer&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>On your install server right click on the server you want to upgrade (shown in the "Clients" area) and select "Upgrade...". You should upgrade/patch your install server first though. Makes it a bit easier. Another way is to simply copy the patches to the target Windows box and install from there. Do "Core" first then the others.</description>

      <description>I am very thankfull for your answers , the problem of the interprocess communication problem has been resolved , i have applied the patches and there was a damaged tape in the tape library that i have changed. but after that i have faced another problem. it is a database internal error when i try to access the pool of my tapes. i will attach a print screen of my error , please check it. what do you advice?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks and best Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Samer</description>
