Hi,

I have been demoing the backup software 'UniBack' from ORBIT SOFTWARE and it keeps hanging every so often. It will perform to completion for a few times and then just get stuck on the next run.

I then have to reboot the system to clear the whole mess out, before I can try again.

Does anyone have any experiences with UniBack and this problem?

Thanks

From my experiences, Uniback is extremely unreliable..
The internal database easily becomes confused(!) and the if you need to run scripts before or after the backup jobs they invariably fail to run correctly..
Numerous calls to their support desk failed to solve any of our issues...

Not answer to your problem I know, but my experiences my help your demoing process!!
