If you don't boot via this card, it is enough to have the driver up-tp-date, see

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=331475&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=331473&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=7

If you boot over this card, you may consider to upgrade the RISC firmware using fcmsutil:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=331475&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=331473&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=54
