    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Server Hp RP 3440 get hanged after every 10 dyas. when i see the log i found some of the details i.e.&lt;BR /&gt;Starting the STREAMS daemons-phase 1&lt;BR /&gt;Create STCP device files&lt;BR /&gt;Starting the STREAMS daemons-phase 2&lt;BR /&gt;              $Revision: vmunix:    vw: -proj    selectors: CUPI80_BL2000_1108 -c 'Vw for CUPI80_BL2000_1108 build' -- cupi80_&lt;BR /&gt;bl2000_1108 'CUPI80_BL2000_1108'  Wed Nov  8 19:24:56 PST 2000 $&lt;BR /&gt;Memory Information:&lt;BR /&gt;    physical page size = 4096 bytes, logical page size = 4096 bytes&lt;BR /&gt;    Physical: 8386560 Kbytes, lockable: 4423444 Kbytes, available: 5155052 Kbytes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can somebody help me with this error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ravi...</description>

      <description>The messages you listed are all normal boot-time informative messages, not fault indications.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The datestamp on $Revision line is from the year 2000. On an 11.11 machine that is up to date with patches, I would have expected at least year 2004 or so. How up to date is your server? What's the most recent Quality Pack installed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look into /var/adm/crash and /var/tombstones: if there are files that match the time of hang, analyzing them might be helpful in solving the problem. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As the server has been rebooted after the hang, everything in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log is written *after* the reboot: look at the last lines of /var/adm/syslog/OLDsyslog.log to find clues about what was happening just before the hang.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MK</description>

      <description>Kevin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;those message are normal from dmesg.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) syslog.log is a best place to begin with&lt;BR /&gt;2) swapinfo -tam&lt;BR /&gt;3) sar -v 1 5&lt;BR /&gt;4) When you say server hanged,-&amp;gt; application hung? or total server hung?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WK</description>
