mouse does not work

The USB mouse does not work after I installed HP-UX 11i on my HP workstation.
The mouse worked fine on HP-UX 10.20.

Any idea?

Have you installed the latest patches?

Look at the following patches

PHCO_26447
PHKL_25010
PHKL_20152

GOLDQPK11i_11.11
and HWEnable11i.dept

Do "swlist -l product | grep PH" to see which patches you have installed. PHKL_25010 is the latest USB cumulative patch for v11.

Patches PHCO_26447, HKL_25010,
PHKL_20152, are for 11.00.
My system is 11i (11.11).

When I tried to install these patches, I got the following message,

Currently, there are no products on this source which are compatible with the target. Therefore, no products are shown.

The cumluative USB for v11.11 is PHKL_24626.
