how to enable log for modify accout user or any file?

our company want to tracking any modify/add/delete user account and any file.

If I wanted to do this and lose my job, if I had one.

I would add the user to the same groups as root.

Might want to make this not apply to the whole system.

Hi ,

If You want to track all these information,

Then u need to assign a seprate server on which there should be a database of each account which is adding to network/server.Also you can manage through scripts,which will send mail to respective person if there will be change happen in this database.
