HPUX launch console got error

HI all experts,

I am using hpux 11. when i tried to launch console at GUI, i got this error:

To continue, you may need to stop unneeded process.

I am not able to telnet to the server also.
The connection closed immediately.

Please help.

In this case, increasing swap solved the problem.

Can I know how much i should increase my swap space to?

Can you please capture the error message you seen ?

/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log, what can you see, i suspected you are running out system resources.
