    <description>Hi . I have installed openssl A.00.09.07l on hp-ux server. When I tried to connect to the host with firefox browser , a certificate was issued , and I logged in successfully . After I close the browser and opened it again,  trying to connect to the host with the browser failes  with a message :&lt;BR /&gt;"You have recived an invalid certificate.&lt;BR /&gt;Your certificate contains the same serial number as another certificate issued by the certificate authority. Please get a new certificate containing a unique serial number"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am very new to SSL , please help!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Leonid.</description>

      <description>I solved the problem by deleteing the certificate from the browser. but your links helped a lot in understanding the ways of SSL .&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>
