topic restricted shell in Operating System - HP-UX

restricted shell

Hi

i am having one user id which is accessing files from a directory through FTP.

Current Home dir /tmp/test
Current shell /usr/bin/csh

I want to restrict this user to move around to some other file system like /usr ,/tmp so can you please provide me the solution to achive this ?
