What version of HPUX you have?.

Since HP-UX 11i, PAM comes along with OE as a network security feature.

There are quite a few pam modules available for HP-UX. HP Internet express contains these modules,

Just I would like to do su restriction to oracle user same like su to root.

How can we configure this in /etc/pam.conf.
