I would recommend calling the sales numbers listed at the bottom of this page for pricing.

Customer that already buy the Application Release media (AR) media get this already each quarter.

If you go to part surfer you will find the ACC card Z7340A (http://partsurfer.hp.com).
Price is 6.375 $. However this product is discontinued so I am surprised it is available. You may try.
Same thing, software is dscontinued.
A replacement solution is X.25 (J3525A / J2793A).
