Don't know exactly which category would be best to post this, but the question(s) is/are fairly simple. What app is this file associated with a is there any reason why this file would be required by the app to be world writeable? Is it a config file that would best protected by a more restrictive file mode. Also, what UID/GID should own this file?

Thanks.

Yes a Veritas file and no it shouldn't be world writeable - its part of Veritas Enterprise Administrator - you can apply a patch to fix if you wish - PHCO_33080

HTH

Duncan
