HP Software Depot ordering problem

Trying to order the (free) CIFS-Server product
and keep getting an "ordering denied" error
when submitting my web form.
Can anyone explain what has changed recently
with the HP Software Depot ordering mechanism.

Its either bad code or someone recently downloaded the software.

Call the 1-800-366-3600 response center to get it fixed.

I now get that ordering denied error for any free package that I attempt to download.

I contacted the web site and someone from
eBusinessSupport said it was being worked
on.

I was subsequently emailed a key to download CIFS Server - but this turned out to be for 11.31.

Whereas I need the 11.11. version and its critical security fix.

Call the contracts team 800 386 1115, explain them the situation and ask them to expedite the software for you, it should be quick.

E-Business support provided temporary access
to enable me to submit my order; whilst
work was ongoing on the Software Depot site.
