    <description>Single-user mode if you don't have a product like sudo or sfu.  Otherwise you might be able to issue a sudo modprdw -k root (or launch sam with sudo).</description>

      <description>I coverted to the trusted system, but now all of my accounts (including root). How do I handle this (beside rebooting in to single user mode) ?</description>

      <description>Hi Miro,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now you see why it's always recommended to have at least 2 root sessions running when converting. One to test &amp;amp; one to resolve if root account gets locked out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have another server that you can rlogin (w/o PW) from?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have another trusted system, you might also try to ftp the /tcb/files/auth/r/root entry from that system to this one - then use that system's root PW.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I think there's a good likelihood that you'll be having to get to single-user&lt;BR /&gt;mode to properly resolve this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds,&lt;BR /&gt;Jeff</description>

      <description>Do u ahve atleast one session of root still open if so then convert it back and then reactivate. In case no then all you can do is to boot in single user mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Manoj Srivastava</description>

      <description>If you have a root session open all you have to do is run this command.&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/lbin/modprpw -k root</description>

      <description>Another way is if you have ITO running you can run sam on that server to reset,</description>
