    <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On HP L-Class server, we are getting the below error message while executing one appln. Kernel parameters have been checked and they are as per the recommendations. Any suggestions please !!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;==============================================&lt;BR /&gt;Received signal 11, SIGSEGV, in user mode, [SIG_DFL], partial siginfo&lt;BR /&gt;    Siginfo: si_code: I_NONEXIST, faulting address: 0x40200000, si_errno: 0&lt;BR /&gt;    PC: 0x4ffa53, instruction: 0x40da0010&lt;BR /&gt;Segmentation Fault &lt;BR /&gt;==============================================&lt;BR /&gt;Venky.</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run sar -v 1 10&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and look at file-sz,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also glance and tusc can be used to watch this app as it runs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest nfiles needs to be increased.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Paula&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>What is the application you are running?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;check whether you have set these kernel parameters to recommended values.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MAXDSIZ&lt;BR /&gt;MAXSSIZ&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
