websphere app can view intermittenly

Hi,
we have 6 hpux server version 11.23. 2db oracle10g, 3 app server installed with Websphere App and 1 web server indtalled with IBM HTTP.
User will access the app through this web server. The problem is page can be displayed intermittenly. The pinging result among all servers are OK.

Shalom Fauziah,

You might want to check the error logs of the servers.

All httpd servers have error logs. You will have to give a lot more detail on your configuration for at least my pea brain molecules to be able to figure out what server to check.
