    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;have u tried to mount it manually, also since /dev/dsk/c1t5d0&lt;BR /&gt;is busy u have to kill all processes on /dev/dsk/c1t5d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# kill -9 /dev/dsk/c1t5d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;to stop usage of /dev/dsk/c1t5d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then try vgchange.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Looks like you need to verify that your discs are really there, do ioscan -fk and see if anything shows up as NO_HW&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, check the system start log /etc/rc.log and see if anythng was logged as an error in activating any VG's.&lt;BR /&gt;You could also try vgchange -a y &lt;VGNAME&gt; and see what error that gives you&lt;/VGNAME&gt;</description>

      <description>I think the size 0 Kbytes should be ringing alarm bells. Can you see the disc? E.g. is it in an array? If you can see it, is there a fault light flashing?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mark Syder (like the drink but spelt different)</description>
