Why don't you go to the Hummingbird site and request an evaluation license? You can then download and install the package while the wheels continue to turn.

I need to export a JAVA (read graphics)program to my PC from an HP-UX 11i platform. It will be several days (if not weeks) before the company wheels turn to get Exceed installed on my PC.

Question: Is there any way to export displays to a PC without having Exceed or Reflections?

I recommend VNC. It's free and it works well. See http://www.realvnc.com/ .

You can also get the Gnome Desktop for HPUX from software.hp.com (also free).

I run these two on an HPUX server and connect with my XP laptop. XP is in the background, with the X environment running full screen. My desktop looks like Linux, but it's running on a fast, reliable, four-way HPUX server.

-Eric
