    <description>Hi, thanks for ur attention.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   Im exporting DISPLAY with:&lt;BR /&gt;      export DISPLAY=192.168.13.30:0.0&lt;BR /&gt;   where 192.168.13.30 is the IP of the machine that have X terminal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   I also have done the command "xhost +" on the machine that have X terminal, to accept external connections.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pinki</description>

      <description>Hi everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    Im working on HP-UX 11.11. I need to connect to machine from another one that has a linux system. &lt;BR /&gt;   Im using telnet, to connect that machine from another one and i need a X terminal. For that, i have export the DISPLAY.&lt;BR /&gt;   But when i try to open a x terminal it says:&lt;BR /&gt;         # xterm Xt error: Can't open display: %s&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   Need help to solve this, please.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pinki</description>

      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;For exporting DISPLAY, i use the following command.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DISPLAY=105.102.35.24:0; export DISPLAY&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps</description>

It says:&lt;BR /&gt;       Error: Can't open display: 192.168.13.30:0.0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   It seems there is a firewall problem or the port is close at 192.168.13.30 machine.       <description>Same error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    Suppose Machine A = 192.168.13.30 with Ubuntu.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;            Machine B = 192.168.13.50 with red Hat&lt;BR /&gt;            Machine C = 192.168.2.20 with HP-UX.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   I have done:&lt;BR /&gt;     1-&amp;gt; xhost +192.168.13.50 on machine A;&lt;BR /&gt;     2-&amp;gt; Open a ssh session to machine B;&lt;BR /&gt;     3-&amp;gt; export DISPLAY=192.168.13.30:0.0&lt;BR /&gt;     4-&amp;gt; xclock &amp;amp;&lt;BR /&gt;  Result: Error: Cant open display: 192.168.13.30:0.0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Same error...</description>
