CDE-Desktop does not start with Xming

I tried to connect to a HP-UX-Workstation via Xming. The login- and pw-window appears and for one second the desktop, than a black screen and after a while one terminal window instead of the desktop. (same problems with cygwin). But when I connect to Solaris-workstations, it works.
I also tried with exceed, no problem.

Clearly a problem with Xming.

tail -f /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

Report errors back here for further diagnosis.

sorry, there's nothing in syslog.log?!?
I don't know, if it's a problem of the workstation. But I cannot verify: I don't have another HP.

I tried with another HP and it worked:
the machine is with HP-UX B.11.11
the other one (HP VisualizeJ5000)is still runnning with HP-UX B.10.20; and because of the application and database (C6000) there is no possibility to update.

I get also a black screen after login.
But I found the root cause.
You can use the option -ac to use the access control list access.
Try start Xming :0 -ac -query %REMOTE_HOST% -from %LOCAL_HOST% -clipboard +kb
