Transient parse error -- message queued for future delivery

When ever i try to send mail using mailx it does not go through. i hav emade all the required changes for this to work but no luck.

i found the belwo messages in mail.log

Please help me to sort out his issue...it would me of great help

You also might want to check with the administrator of the mail relay server. You'll get transient parse errors when the mail agent on your server is unable to connect to the mail relay.

I am getting this error when i try to use sendmail command to send mail...
