hello all, I have a question about a new graphics card Im getting.

I have this Mobo:

And I was wondering if this card was compatible:

Just like a lot of people, Im upgrading to play Oblivion, and if anybody has any experience with this card or motherboard, how good will it do? Thanks for your time.
