Use Ignite-UX to take a backup of vg00.

You can use Ignite software to make a bootable image of your OS in case of server crash.

You can download this software from HP software page.

Hi Bhagat,

If you have insatlled Ignite on your machine.Give this command to take OS backup.

make_tape_recovery -a /dev/rmt/0mn -I -m tar -t "$(uname -n) recovery tape create on $(date)" -v -x inc_entire=vg00
