      <description>I wld like to provide a grp of administrators the same rights as a root user. &lt;BR /&gt;They login using their own user-ids to carry out their admin. tasks.This is for &lt;BR /&gt;accountabllity purposes as requied by auditors (sigh).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried but there does not seem to be a way to allow the administrators to &lt;BR /&gt;release spoolfiles sent by other users as they are not the owner of the files. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I work around this problem? Any help is appreciated.Thks!</description>
