      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;for core dump analysis check the presence of files in directory &lt;BR /&gt;/var/adm/crash/core.x (x is any digit depending upon how many times your system &lt;BR /&gt;has crashed. also ask HP to send you the procedure "using Q4 to analyse system &lt;BR /&gt;dump fies for 10.20).  you can use this procedure to create files and send &lt;BR /&gt;those across for analysis.&lt;BR /&gt;that is what we did when our system crashed. Hope it helps.</description>
