    <description>HP-UX 10.20&lt;BR /&gt;K Class 9000&lt;BR /&gt;Model K360&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;This morning I had the following message on my console:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Predictive/UX,99/12/09, 04:20 psmond error: Procedure Launch-Util failed &lt;BR /&gt;because Predictive/UX,99/12/09, 04:20 e ipc error -2. [psmipc 4104]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm new to the HPUX enviroment, can someone please let me know what this error &lt;BR /&gt;message is in reference to and what it means.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you require further information, please e-mail me at satarnag@hotmail.com.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in Advance,&lt;BR /&gt;Satar</description>

      <description>You might want to check that your diagmond i srunning on the sysem in question.&lt;BR /&gt;If not, then do the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/diagnostic start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and see if that cures the problem</description>
