Anybody knows how to trace nodes (PCs or printers) with
duplicate IPaddresses? Is there any way to solve it
once for all?

I would suggest this query be re-directed at the Networking forum, rather than
the OS forum, as they would be better equipped to answer this.

The easiest way to solve this is to use DHCP, this will automate the procces
and take the human error factor out of it assigning IP's automatically.
