Cluster Lock Disk

I am getting the message regarding the cluster lock on disk being
missing, according to HP docs you should bring down the cluster and packages
and run cmapplyconf, however if I do this it say the vg must be activated to do
this, if I vgchange -a e it says the vg can't be activated for this, has anyone
got a tried and tested way of doing it?

Hello:

Do vgchange -c y. See man vgchange.

I?ve saw that message while cluster is up and disk with cluster lock had I/O
error. Check syslog for POWERFAIL messages.

If cluster lock disk is in fault, and it`s a mirrored disk, you dont need to
stop cluster, if your disk is hotswap. Just change disk and do vgcfgrestore
and vgsync.
