topic lpstat error in Operating System - HP-UX

When I execute the command "lpstat -t" in HP-UX 10.20 a list of disabled
printers appears and at the end, the message "lpstat: execlp failed". In SAM
"Printers and Plotters" the printers list doesn't appear.

I suppose that there is an inconsistence in the printers definition. If I
execute "lpadmin -x <PRINTER_NAME>" the message "<PRINTER_NAME> not existent"
appears.

How can I remove these printers ?

Thank you before hand !</PRINTER_NAME></PRINTER_NAME>

One thing to try is to add them first using the same names, and then removing
them. But if there are any traces of them (like member files, etc.), you won't
be able to add them either. If that's the case, you can either manually delete
the traces, or you'll need to create bogus files to "stand-in" for the ones
that lpadmin -x wants to delete.
