I need help. I've had this PC since September of 1999. in January I lost all
of my programming. After performing the application recovery process I find
that I no longer have "setup.exe" on my system. As most of my program software
requires this path for installation, what do I do? I can't seem to find a way
to install software by going around it either. I have several internet classes
in college that require software installations calling for setup.exe. Someone
please help me.

Is your HP System a PC or UNIX Workstation ? You mentioned that you are trying
to access 'Encarta' which is a PC-based application.

This Forum is for HP-UX, a version of UNIX that currently only works on PA-RISC
CPU's, not Intel Pentiums or Celerons.

Try calling the HP Response center, giving them your System's serial number.
