As a suggestion, when the system is rebooted and the main menu is shown, go
into the Service Menu, and check to see whether there is something like:

MFG ON

If so, this is your problem I believe.

#You would need to issue the command :
MFG OFF
check it, and then reboot the system to test.

The system comes up in the main menu (from where I
type bo pri, and the system boot).
The output from lvlnboot -v (we have mirrored root disks):

Boot Definitions for Volume Group /dev/vg00:
Physical Volumes belonging in Root Volume Group:
/dev/dsk/c0t10d0 (8/4.10.0) -- Boot Disk
/dev/dsk/c0t5d0 (8/4.5.0) -- Boot Disk
Boot: lvol1 on: /dev/dsk/c0t10d0
/dev/dsk/c0t5d0
Root: lvol3 on: /dev/dsk/c0t10d0
/dev/dsk/c0t5d0
Swap: lvol2 on: /dev/dsk/c0t10d0
/dev/dsk/c0t5d0
Dump: lvol2 on: /dev/dsk/c0t10d0, 0

Current path "/dev/dsk/c4t0d0" is an alternate link, skip.
Current path "/dev/dsk/c4t0d1" is an alternate link, skip.
Current path "/dev/dsk/c4t0d2" is an alternate link, skip.
Current path "/dev/dsk/c4t0d3" is an alternate link, skip.

Output of setboot:
Primary bootpath : 8/4.10.0
Alternate bootpath : 8/4.5.0

Autoboot is ON (enabled)
Autosearch is ON (enabled)

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks.
