    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have seen this error when I was trying to run vgscan. I ended up needing a &lt;BR /&gt;LVM cumulative patch to resolve my problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have not supplied enough detail on what you were doing when you got that &lt;BR /&gt;error and Operating System version you are running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steve W.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;  This is mail from Nagaraj.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Here is the problem one which is related to Stacks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; "PID 12986 recieved a SIGSEGV for stack growth&lt;BR /&gt;failure possible causes insufficient memory or swap&lt;BR /&gt;space,or Stack size exceeded maxsiz.Segmentation&lt;BR /&gt;fault"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Is there any patch for this.If any other reason&lt;BR /&gt;please let me know.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;_nagaraj&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
