      <description>Telnet to a known JetDirect printer on your network.  After you establish contact type '/' to display it's configuration.  Typically, it is not set unless you have some Novell in your network where the typical snmp community name is 'public'.  Hope this helps.</description>

      <description>If you don't have telnet access to your printer reset all conficuration then login to printer and configure it from scratch</description>
