As of October 2000, HP is still selling the Secure Web Console with instructions to upgrade the unit by accessing the above mentioned URLs. However, both of those URLs are "NOT FOUND". Not only that, but the install instructions that came with the console indicate support available at http:/www.hp.com/go/webconsole where no such support exists (other than references to this rather limited ITRC where we get to complain to each other.) The only thing available at that URL is how to purchase these wonderful products. Fat chance there. I've had nothing but headaches trying to get it working.

We have just received the above item from HP to manage two new HP 9000 N and L
class servers. The documentation says that after configureing them it is
important that we upgrade the firmware which can be found at
HTTP://eproducts.hp.com/webconsole/index.html only this does not exist on the
HP site.

Does anybody no where it can now be found??
Sorry to day that we have met with the same problem. WE have several N and L
class systems with web consoles that we are not very happy with. So far we have
not been able to access the web site listed for more information.
We have opened up a call with the support center about the issue.
