    <description>I may be mis-reading your question.  Does HPUX support d/b access?  Yes, Oracle, Sybase, Informix...etc....Am I misunderstanding your question.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for messaging systems...yes, there is elm,sendmail,mailx for mail to name a few. And there is talk and write for chatting, ... and I'm sure there are plenty more, that's the beauty of HPUX, it is pretty much whatever you want to design it to be...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just a thought,</description>
