    <description>Have a look at your file /etc/inittab&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There should be a line containing &lt;BR /&gt;samd&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;comment out this line and let init re-read the config by typing&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;init q&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Rainer</description>

      <title>SAM error</title>

      <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   When I try load &amp;amp;sam on rp5470 which run by 11i. Initial is fine and after few mins and the screen is mess up and give me the following message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;INIT: Command is respond too repidly&lt;BR /&gt;Will try again in 5 mins&lt;BR /&gt;Check for possible error&lt;BR /&gt;ID: samd"use/sam/lbin/samd&lt;BR /&gt;#System mgmt demon"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone what happen and how to solve the problem. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Leon</description>

      <description>Comment out the samd line in inittab and do a 'init-q'.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem may be caused by the systems being installen without a network and samd not being able to esolve the hostname and network configuration.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Trond</description>
