Software Depot on CD

Does anyone know of a way to burn a SD package onto a CD-R on a PC.
I know how to create the packages.
I do not know how to be able to burn it on a normal PC CD-R and be able to mount it on a HP-UX

Any Suggestions

This doesn't answer your question but I was
wondering if you knew about reading a depot
over the network between servers? So you can one time mount the CDROM and read it as many times as necessary from other servers.
