The printer does not appear in the list of available printer, so I'm assuming it is disabled.<BR /><BR />When I tried to enable it, I got the error message mentioned above.<BR /><BR />I can ping the JetDirect card, and the printer is online. If so, you can use SAM -&gt; Printers and Plotters -&gt; LP Spooler -&gt; Save/Restore Printer Configuration. Check out what printers are displayed on this screen. The list contains only recognized printers. You probably wont see your printer in this list. If this doesn't work, you will have to remove the queue and recreate it.
