restoring oracle9 database.

afternoon all.
Please can you assist we are trying to restore an oracle9 database using rman on omniback5.1
we get the following errors .see below.
Note we have stopped and started deamons run omnidbcheck but still get these errors.
Filesystem restores correctly.

It looks like your Omniback/DP database is corrupt, not your Oracle database. Please see the following link, it might help.

The backup was taken on omniback5.5
According to the local engineer we wont be able to restore on 5.1.

Backup of this base was made with the base in begin? for what I am seeing the base was copied opened for the error that presents.

would the database being backed up on a higher version of omniback not be the problem?
