VHE error

I have old HP-UX 9000/700 machine.
When I tried to log in the machine, I got the error message below.

The error messages are:

The HP VHE messaging system could not be started
To correct the problems:

1. Push [OK] to return to the login screen.
2. select Failsafe Session from the login screen's option menu and log
in.
3. Check to see that the hostname is correct in these locations:
/etc/src.sh
/etc/hosts
/usr/adm/inetd.sec

I logged in above method but I could not fix the problem.

Do you have any idea about this?

Please help me out.

I solved the problem just remove 'resolv.conf' you mentioned in number 8.
The VUE is working but I think, in this case, network configureation is something wrong. I'll try to examine the network configuration.
