These are:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sep 25 08:54:15 vwschem vmunix: SCSI: Request Timeout; Abort Tag -- lbolt: 26259  &lt;BR /&gt;0, dev: 1f00b000, io_id: 16629                                                &lt;BR /&gt;Sep 25 08:54:16 vwschem vmunix: SCSI: Read error -- dev: b 31 0x00b000, errno: 1    &lt;BR /&gt;6, resid: 1024,                                                                    &lt;BR /&gt;Sep 25 08:54:16 vwschem vmunix: blkno: 8, sectno: 16, offset: 8192, bcount: 1024&lt;BR /&gt;                                     &lt;BR /&gt;Sep 25 08:54:16 vwschem vmunix: LVM: VG 64 0x040000: Lost quorum.                   &lt;BR /&gt;ep 25 08:54:16 vwschem vmunix: This may block configuration changes and I/Os.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You say your system crashed yesterday? What is in your /var/adm/shutdownlog file? If it is an HPMC you should place a hardware call with your local HP Response Centre and probably get the disk replaced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You also mentioned you replaced your mirrored boot disk a while ago. Yesterday you had problems booting? After you replaced the disk a while ago, did you enter commands mkboot -b on your disks? Is so, try lifls -l /dev/rdsk/c0t5d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards, MB.</description>
